Plain terms for website builds, SEO and social work, and deployed agents. If anything here contradicts something you were told in a conversation, this page is what applies — tell us and we will correct the conversation.
All prices on x9-ai.net and in the quote builder are in US dollars unless an invoice states otherwise. The quote builder can display Canadian dollars for convenience at a fixed indicative rate; the amount invoiced is the US dollar figure.
Prices exclude tax. They also exclude third-party spend — advertising budgets, paid tools, platform or directory fees — which you pay directly to the provider.
Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, your domain, your hosting, your social accounts and any directory or review platform profile are registered in your name and owned by you. We work inside them with access you grant.
If we stop working together you keep all of it. We do not hold your accounts, your data or your domain as leverage, and there is no fee to release anything.
Nobody controls Google's results, and any agency that guarantees a position is either misinformed or misleading you. We guarantee the work described in your quote, not an outcome in someone else's system.
Where an item in the quote builder cannot produce a specific search feature, its Read this first note says so. Those notes are part of the offer.
A quote is valid for 30 days. Work begins once the scope is agreed in writing, and is invoiced on completion of the scope unless agreed otherwise.
The scope is what is listed on the quote. If something outside it turns out to be necessary, we tell you and price it before doing it — we do not add work and invoice it afterwards.
Deployed agents and any other recurring work are billed monthly in advance.
Cancel with 30 days written notice. You are billed for the notice period and nothing beyond it. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
Where a first month is offered free, that month is not billed and the first charge falls at the start of the second month. Cancelling during a free first month costs nothing.
Content is written by AI, directed and reviewed by a person. A human chooses each topic and checks the piece before it publishes. Nothing publishes unread.
Technical changes made by a deployed agent run within a written policy that bounds what it may touch, with a cap on how much it ships per day and monitoring that makes a silent failure visible.
We do not publish invented case studies, fabricated results, or claims about your business that you have not confirmed. In regulated fields — medical, dental, legal, financial — you approve claims before they go live.
If we built something and it is wrong, fixing it is not a billable line item. That includes broken pages, incorrect redirects and markup errors introduced by us.
Every figure we report traces to a first-party source — Search Console, your analytics, your database — not to a vendor estimate presented as fact. Where a number is an estimate, we label it as one.
