But a tea shop that takes care over a single gram of leaf tends to attract people who care about the other small things too — what's in the jar, what the gift is wrapped in, what the card says. So the store kept saying yes, and the floor kept rearranging itself to make room.

Chapter Two · Under One Roof

Then it grew a refillery, a gift counter, a paper table.
