The work
New door, opener, broken spring or repair?
A Fraser Valley garage-door shop · Chilliwack → Abbotsford
One shop, one truck, and every garage door in the valley opening the way it ought to open. This is Superior Doors.
There's a sound a garage door makes when it's been set right — a smooth, even glide, no bang, no grind. Most people never notice it. We notice nothing else.
Superior Doors is a garage-door shop, plain and simple. New doors measured, supplied and hung; openers swapped and tuned; and the everyday emergencies in between — a snapped spring, a frayed cable, a door that came off its track and won't go up. We cover a long stretch of the Fraser Valley, from Chilliwack across to Abbotsford. There's no front desk and no call centre. The person who quotes the door is the person who fixes it.
The work is rarely glamorous. A spring that lets go on a cold morning and leaves the car trapped inside. An opener that finally quits after fifteen winters. A door that judders, grinds and slams the last foot to the ground. The kind of thing a homeowner lives with for months before they finally make the call — and then can't believe how quick it was to put right.
"A garage door is the biggest moving thing in a house. When it's balanced right, you forget it's there."
Our rule is repair before replace. A lot of doors don't need replacing at all — they need a new spring, a fresh set of rollers, the tracks re-aligned and the opener re-tuned. We'll tell you which it is before any work starts, and we'll tell you straight. The valley's a small place; a reputation here is the whole business.
When a door does need replacing, it gets done properly — measured to the opening, balanced on the springs, sealed against the wet valley winters, and the opener set so it runs smooth and quiet. Then it just works, every day, without a second thought. That's the finish line: not installed, balanced.
The Work

New doors are part of the calendar — but most of the week is springs, openers, cables and the off-track repairs that keep a door from closing. A snapped torsion spring, a worn opener motor, a bent panel, a grinding roller, a door that won't seal at the bottom: all of it is the garage-door shop's work, and most of it is a same-day repair, not a replacement.
The Estimate
No phone tag, no long form. Our assistant asks a few quick questions about the door, then turns it into a written quote request the team confirms by the next business morning.
