Steveston Coffee Company has been roasting since 1997. We are still here, still small, still weighing every dose so the cup you loved last week is the cup you get today.

Green coffee comes in, gets cupped, and goes into the drum in batches small enough to taste every change. Nothing is rushed and nothing is automated past the point where a person stops paying attention.
We rest the roast before it ships, so what reaches your kitchen is fresh — with a roast date you can actually see.
