Interlocking paver patios, driveways, walkways and retaining walls across the South Fraser — set on a base built the slow way, so the surface stays true through the wet and the freeze.

Interlocking-stone patios laid on a compacted gravel base and screeded bed, so they stay flat and shed water instead of pooling.
Vehicle-rated paver driveways — deeper base, the right stone thickness and edge restraint so the courses never spread under load.
Front walks, garden paths and stone steps that tie the house to the street — laid level, true to grade, easy underfoot.
Segmental-block and natural-stone walls that hold a slope, drained behind so the grade stays put through the seasons.
Sunken, heaved or tired old courses lifted, re-bedded and re-set — often a fraction of the cost of a full rebuild.
Polymeric joint sand and sealing to lock the courses, keep the weeds out and bring the colour of the stone back up.
The course, end to end
Richard's Pavingstones is a paving-stone and hardscaping company working across Surrey, Langley, Richmond and White Rock. We lay the surfaces people walk and park on — but the work we're proudest of is the part that disappears under the stone.
A patio fails from the bottom up. The crack you'll notice in a few winters started somewhere under the joint sand — a base that was never properly compacted, an edge that was never restrained. So we dig to depth, compact in lifts, and screed a true bed before a single paver goes down.
Then it's slow, deliberate work: stones set flush to the pattern, edges locked, joints sanded, the whole surface compacted to hold its line. Straight courses, level surfaces, water that drains where it should.
It's not glamorous. But it's why a patio we built still looks new long after the season we built it in — and why we'd rather do the base right than do the job twice.
