NEPTOON RECORDS · MAIN STREET VANCOUVER · EST. MCMLXXXI 1981 SINCE THE ORIGINAL
01 — The original

Vancouver's oldest independent record store. Still digging.

Neptoon opened on Main Street in 1981 and has outlasted every format war since. No algorithm, no rush — just deep crates of real records, filed by hand and sold by people who actually listen to them.

The discovery is the point: you flip, you find, you carry it home. Four-point-seven stars across seven hundred and thirty-five reviews is what four decades of doing exactly that earns a shop.

02 — What we keep

Five crates deep.

01

Collectible LPs

Original pressings, rarities and out-of-print albums — graded, sleeved, filed by hand.

02

45s & singles

Boxes of 7-inch singles: soul, punk, garage, the B-sides that never made the album.

03

Concert memorabilia

Posters, handbills and ephemera from four decades of shows — a wall worth a slow read.

04

New & used vinyl

Fresh stock beside the second-hand bins — the new pressing next to the original it honours.

05

We buy collections

Bring a crate, a closet or a lifetime's collection — honest appraisals from people who know.
