The work
A window is structure, weatherline and view, all at once. We replace tired single panes and failed seals with new glazing and aluminum frames that sit square, run true and shrug off a wet coastal winter — then we clean up and leave the opening looking like it was always meant to be that way.
The scope — measure to finish
We come out, measure the opening precisely and talk through glass type, frame profile and how you want the room to feel. The number you get back is for the real opening, not a guess.
Aluminum and composite frames cut and set square, shimmed and fastened so the window opens and closes the same in July as it does in January.
New sealed units set true — picture windows, casements, sliders, patio and French doors. Failed and fogged units swapped out for clear, energy-rated glass.
Flashing, weatherstrip and a clean bead all the way around. This is the step that keeps the rain on the outside, and it's the one cheaper installs skip.
Trim made good, glass wiped down, site swept. We walk the job with you before we call it done.
