We started L&G because most bubble tea is built on powder and syrup. We don't do that.
Every cup begins with whole ingredients — taro roasted and ground in-house, leaf tea pulled fresh each morning, tapioca simmered in small batches through the day. It takes longer. It tastes like it should.
Taro and sesame are roasted and milled here, the morning they're served. No pre-mixed powder ever touches the cup.
Leaf tea is steeped to order from a brew we pull at open — never sat on a warmer, never bitter.
Tapioca simmers in small batches through the day so every pearl lands soft, warm, and chewy.
