From the raw cacao bean to the finished bar, every step happens in small batches — sorting, roasting, grinding, tempering and moulding, all under one roof on Granville Island.
“Bean-to-bar” means making chocolate from the raw cacao bean rather than re-melting someone else's couverture. It is slow, deliberate work that lets the character of each origin come through.
