Fraser Valley Door Doctor

Repair & Installation · Abbotsford → Hope

A door should close like it means it.

Salvador and Kristine run a two-person door shop out of the Fraser Valley — entry doors, patio doors, hardware and weatherstripping, hung true and finished by hand. No call centre. The people who quote the job are the people who do it.

The Shop

Two people, every door their own.

What a small door shop does — written out plainly, the way you'd want it explained at the door, not buried in a brochure.

01

It's the two of us

Salvador measures and hangs the door; Kristine runs the schedule and the follow-up. The person who answers the phone is the person who shows up.

02

Repair before replace

A dragging door, a blown seal, a latch that won't catch — most of it is a fix, not a full replacement. We'll tell you straight which one you actually need.

03

Abbotsford out to Hope

We cover Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack, and we'll travel the valley east toward Hope. If you're not sure you're in range, ask — the answer is usually yes.

04

Finished, not just installed

Plumb, square, weather-sealed and the hardware adjusted so it swings clean. We leave the opening looking like it was always meant to be there.

Scope of Work

What we get called for.

Doors are most of it — but the same trade covers the hardware, the glass and the weather seal around them.

Entry Doors

New & replacement

Front and back entry doors measured, fitted and hung — wood, steel or fibreglass, with the trim returned clean.

Patio & Glass

Sliding & French doors

Sticking sliders, fogged sealed units and French doors that won't line up — re-rolled, re-glazed or replaced.

Hardware

Locks, levers, closers

Handles, deadbolts, hinges and door closers swapped or adjusted so the door latches first time, every time.

Repairs

Sags, drags & gaps

Re-shim, re-hinge and re-square a door that's dropped — the quiet fix that saves a full replacement.

Weather Seal

Drafts & weatherstrip

New sweeps, thresholds and weatherstripping so the cold valley air stays outside where it belongs.

Measure & quote

We come out, measure the opening and tell you what it really needs — repair or replace — before any work starts.

Hours are placeholders for the concept — we'd set Salvador & Kristine's real schedule before this went live. No prices or hours here are invented as fact.

Request a fix

Tell us the door and the trouble. We'll come measure and quote it — repair or replace.
