Edgemont Village · North Vancouver
A proper butcher for the village.
Gourmet cuts, dry-age and house charcuterie, prepared by hand and sold across the counter the old way.
The shop on the village block
Edgemont Gourmet Meats is a neighbourhood butcher in the heart of Edgemont Village — the sort of counter where the day starts with a clean block and ends when the case is bare. Everything is cut, trimmed and tied by hand, to order, the way a butcher shop is meant to run.
We keep gourmet and specialty cuts alongside the everyday ones, dry-age our own beef, and make charcuterie and sausage in house. If you're cooking something particular, ask — the answer is usually "yes, and here's how I'd cut it."
— A neighbourhood counter, run the old way.

All photography is stock placeholder — we'd shoot the shop's real case and cuts before launch.
