The person who quotes the job is the person who does it.
There is a kind of plumbing “company” that is really a phone number and a roster — a dispatcher takes your call, and whoever is free turns up. DJ Plumbing & Heating is the other kind. The voice on the phone, the tradesperson who looks at the leak, and the name on the work is one person: Dave Jardine, a Red Seal journeyman plumber and a licensed gas fitter.
That continuity is the whole product. There is no handoff where the price changes, no subcontractor who has never seen the house, no “the tech will call you back.” On the work you can’t inspect — a gas line, a re-pipe, a water-heater swap — that single line of accountability is worth more than any slogan.
