A family kitchen-and-bath shop that has worked the same East 1st storefront on the North Shore since 1974 — cabinets, counters, tile and fixtures coordinated from the first measurement to the last grout line, so nothing falls between trades.
What we do
The renovation, walked from end to end.
Most of a kitchen or bath job lives in the seams between trades. We hold all of it — so the cabinets, the stone, the tile and the plumbing meet the way they were drawn.
Kitchens
Layout, cabinetry, counters and backsplash planned together — measured, ordered and installed so the whole room lands as one piece, not four separate orders.
Bathrooms
Vanities, fixtures, glass and waterproofing handled together, so the finished bath is square, sealed and quiet — the parts you don't see done as carefully as the parts you do.
Cabinetry & counters
Doors, drawers and stone specified to the room and the way you actually cook — fitted, levelled and templated so the lines stay true years down the road.
Tile & finishing
Floors, walls and showers set with the layout planned before the first cut — clean grout lines, proper falls, and edges that meet where they should.

Coordinated Kitchen and Bath has worked out of its East 1st storefront in North Vancouver since 1974 — long enough that a lot of our work now means renovating kitchens and baths in homes a previous generation of the family first built. We've stayed small and stayed coordinated on purpose: one shop holding the kitchen and the bath together, start to finish, so the homeowner has one number to call and one team standing behind the result.
