Cafe Orso is an independently owned, European-style cafe pouring coffee in the heart of Deep Cove Village since 2014 — espresso the unhurried way, pastries from the case, a warm room a short walk from the water. From bean to cup, the European way.

Nothing rushed, nothing automated past the point of caring. The same five steps, the same way, every cup since 2014.

Fresh-roasted, ground to order.

The dose

Weighed, tamped, levelled by hand.

Step 03

The pull

Twenty-odd seconds of dark crema.

The milk

Steamed silky, poured with a leaf.
